By downloading, installing, or using yaanishuu (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
yaanishuu is a mobile application for creating event invitations, managing RSVPs, hosting event chat, and sharing photos with guests. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access the App using your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@yaanishuu.com.
As an event host, you are responsible for the events you create and the invitations you send. You must not use yaanishuu to organise events that are unlawful, harmful, or that violate the rights of others.
Guests may RSVP to events without creating an account. By submitting an RSVP, guests consent to their name and response being visible to the event host and other guests.
You retain ownership of any content (messages, photos, event details) that you create or upload within the App. By submitting content, you grant yaanishuu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the service for you and your event's guests.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.
Event photo vaults are available for 72 hours after an event. All guests of the event can view and upload photos during this window. After the vault closes, photos remain accessible but no new uploads are accepted. You must only upload photos that you have the right to share and that are appropriate for all guests to view.

yaanishuu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Prayer times and Hijri calendar dates provided within the App are for informational purposes only and may vary based on location and local authority. Always verify with your local mosque or Islamic authority.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, yaanishuu and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
